PACT ACT GUIDANCE

Since PACT ACT has gone into effect, the following protocols are necessary steps taken in line with shared guidelines:

  • Effective immediately all orders placed on www.longhornvapor.com require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the recipient is 21 years of age or older.
  • Shipping charges can no longer be refunded if a package is returned. All subsequent redeliveries to complete the order will incur an additional shipping fee.
  • To avoid any additional cost to self in the event of failure to sign for package or redelivery we encourage all customers to not opt for Post Office boxes and Kindly provide complete physical address to successfully receive paid order in a timely manner.
